How the three fit levels are determined
The assessment combines commercial scale and structural requirements. It does not assess detailed technical feasibility.
All three structural requirements are met and the capacity value is at least twice the pilot price.
Several requirements fit, but the commercial leverage or workflow boundary needs closer review.
Important repetition or data foundations are missing, or a simpler solution is likely more appropriate.

Capacity value is not the same as savings
The calculator values current manual effort using your assumed fully loaded cost. It does not predict what share can be automated, whether personnel expenditure will fall or what qualitative impact production use may have.
That is the purpose of a pilot: implement checks against historical cases, measure correctness and exceptions, and document remaining manual effort transparently.
